  1. Call Connections Speech Therapy at  (609) 450-3489 to discuss your child's needs and schedule an appointment.
  2. Complete our Speech/Language/Hearing Case History form. Print and sign it then email to [email protected], or bring it to your first session.
  3. Read our Policies and Fees, print and sign and bring with you to first session.
